Certificates and awards
BRCGS Packaging Certificate
BRCGS Packaging is a globally recognized and leading product safety standard. This standard sets out the requirements and criteria that must be met by companies manufacturing food packaging. These criteria relate to the highest hygiene and product safety requirements, supply and production process control, and quality management. Compliance with the requirements of this standard is assessed annually.
Since 2014, UAB Maksima's packaging production process has been assessed as compliant with the BRC Packaging standard and awarded Level A certificates.
Since 2017, UAB Maksima has been awarded the highest AA level certificates.
The BRC Packaging AA level assessment certifies that UAB Maksima ensures control and supervision of all supply, production, and technological processes, and that its products are of the highest quality:
o The packaging produced is safe and poses no risk – certified raw materials and auxiliary materials that are safe for human health are used; o The supply process is safe and controlled, ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials and auxiliary materials. o The risk of contamination is minimized at all stages of packaging production and storage.
